Dr Lee completed his medical and surgical degree at the University of Tasmania before completing his internship at the Lyell McEwin Hospital. He rotated through the Lyell McEwin Hospital, Modbury Hospital, Women’s and Children’s Hospital/ Child and adolescence mental health services, before obtaining his fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
He currently holds a public appointment with the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network and Sonder care as a consultant psychiatrist. He has also previously worked in that role for inpatient services at Modbury Hospital.
Dr Lee is also a preceptor for The Adelaide Prevocational Psychiatry Program, with ongoing interests in teaching and psychotherapy.
