Rachael Linke

— Occupational Therapist/ NDIS Clinician

Rachael is a senior Occupational Therapist and NDIS clinician, specialising in the areas of mental health and disability. 

Since completing her mental health internship, Rachael has worked across community, inpatient, forensic and psychosocial rehabilitation settings. 

Rachael has a special interest in supporting those with various forms of neurodiversity, including autism, intellectual disability and mental health conditions. Her assessment work is enhanced through her previous role as a psychotherapist and Better Access to Mental Health (BAMH) clinician at ThePsynapse.

For those accessing NDIS services, Rachael currently provides assessments to plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants only. 

Rachael is able to provide the following assessments:

- Occupational Therapy Assessments (various)
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
- Housing and Support Assessments (SIL/SDA/ILO)
- NDIS Eligibility Assessments 
- Support Letters/ Requests
